SPRING CLEAN-UP

Completed by May 10th

Entire grounds will be thoroughly cleaned of all glass, cans, garbage, fallen branches, paper and rocks.  Leaves and debris will be blown from shrubs and rock gardens, all turf areas will be vacuumed, rocks will be cleaned up from the grass along sidewalks and road, and all curbs will be edged.


LAWN CUTTING

Our crews will not start until 8:00AM.  All grass will be cut once per week.  A cutting height of no less than 2.5 inches and as long as 3.5 inches will be used throughout the season to prevent grass clumps or scalping.  Our crews will make sure all trash has been picked up before each cutting.  All trees, buildings, signs, curb etc, will be trimmed with weed whips. At completion of mowing, all non-turf areas will be blown free of clippings.  Should cold weather, drought or stress conditions exist; the frequency of cutting will decrease to a rate of once per 10 to 14 days to prevent damaging the lawn. 


FALL CLEAN-UP

Completed by October 25th

Entire grounds will be thoroughly cleaned of all leaves, branches and other unwanted debris.  Turf areas will be vacuumed free of leaves and debris and cut short for the coming winter.


FERTILIZATION AND WEED CONTROL 

Residential price up to 1/2 acre ($58.00 plus tax.)      

We use the very best fertilizers and herbicides available to the market. 


We will apply 3 applications of granular slow-release fertilizers during the course of the year.  These slow-release granules last much longer than the common liquid fertilizers and will give your lawn a longer green season.  All hard surfaces will be blow off to prevent runoff.


We will also apply 2 applications of herbicide to prevent weeds from showing through your lawn.  These applications will be applied by a licensed applicator.

 

WEED CONTROL IN ROCK BEDS

All rock beds and driveways will be sprayed for weeds once per month to give your property great curb appeal.


CORE AERATION

Residential price up to 1/2 acre ($85.00 plus tax.)  

Aeration is done in the spring or fall.  In lawns with compacted clay, this helps loosen the soil allowing needed water, fertilizer, and air to flow into the root system of your lawn.


DETHATCHING

Residential price up to 1/2 acre ($105.00 plus tax.)  

Dethatching is typically done in the spring.  When your lawn has too much thatch, it can not breathe properly or get the nutrients it needs.
